The Talus Active Shorts are built with a lightweight, quick drying Matrix fabric and a breathable Motive Aero liner. With an elasticated waistband, handy back pocket, and complete mobility, they’re perfect for the aspiring mountain runner.

Our Verdict

The Talus Active are a nice stripped down running short that are very comfortable and offer a high level of flexibility and movement which is exactly what you need whether on a local run or up high on the trails. 

The Matrix fabric also has a good level of water resistance which can be kept up with regular reproofing, they also have a high level of breathability so I found no issues with excess perspiration or rubbing. 

The back pocket was big enough to get smaller iPhone in but those with large phones may find it not quite big enough, but there is plenty of room for gels etc…
