Our Verdict

This jacket is a testament to Patagonia’s principles, offering supreme warmth at an incredibly low weight thanks to the 800-fill-power down, as well as the jackets outer fabric being made from recycled fishing nets helping to reduce the ocean’s pollution levels. Its low weight can be attested to its elegant minimalist design, elasticated, tapered cuffs mean the jacket fits superbly well. Tthe over stuffed collar keeps the heat in as does the storm flap over the zip. The hand warming pockets do just that, and I am always pleased to find a loop there to which I can attach my keys.
