Spare caps for your MSR fuel bottles. Two styles, the standard ‘Expedition’ cap and the new ‘Childproof’ safety cap.

Expedition Fuel Bottle Cap: Classic, non-childproof fuel cap. Fits all MSR Fuel bottles.

Child Resistant Fuel Bottle Cap: Providing extra safety, this push-down-and-twist child-resistant cap is compatible with all MSR® liquid fuel bottles manufactured after 1981. Meets U.S. CFR 1700 and Health Canada requirements.

Our Verdict

Even though these caps can be hard to remove anyway, you never know what a child can achieve so we recommend the Child Resistant cap for those around kids. But both work well will MSR fuel bottles.
