Our Verdict

Very simple and easy-to-use water filtration. Personally, for hiking, I prefer a soft water bottle as it moulds to fit your pack and can be rolled away and stored when not in use. However, this being a hard water bottle will take up space regardless of if it has any water in it or not.  However, I think this makes a really good bottle for everyday use or if you are just going day hiking and would like the adaptability of a filter out on the trail.   .
